November Statistics for the SF Peninsula

The Peninsula real estate market experienced ups and downs in November.  Some cities saw an increase in the average sales price, while others decreased.  Overall, it was another healthy month for sellers. Below are the numbers for several cities:

  • Menlo Park:  Single family homes average sales price was $2,851,403 (increase over October by $171,893) Days on the market 33 vs 23 for October.
  • Foster City:  Single family homes average sales price was $1,624,400 (decrease from October by $117,600) Days on the market 13 vs 19 in October.
  • Belmont:  Single family homes average sales price was $1,797,134 (a decrease of $192,079 from October) Days on the market 17.
  • San Carlos:  Single family homes average sales price was $2,107,629 (an increase of $67,227 over October) Days on the market 19.
  • San Mateo:  Single family homes average sales price was $1,567,234 (a decrease of $94,914 from October) Days on the market 24.
  • Burlingame:  Single family homes average sales price was $2,401,875 (an increase of $19,075 over October) Days on the market 19.
